What is the ratio of care associates to residents?

The Legacy at Falcon Point is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We match our staffing ratio to the needs of our residents.

Is there an age requirement for living at The Legacy at Falcon Point?

Yes, 62.

What does the typical move-in process look like?

We approach the move-in process with care and sensitivity, making sure that everything is taken care of from start to finish. We’ll take care of all the paperwork, including vital information, agreements, and permissions required by state regulations.

And if you need help with the physical move itself, we’re happy to recommend trusted moving companies in the El Paso area. Whatever you need to make your move simple and easy, we’re here to help every step of the way.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we provide scheduled transportation for our residents to get where they need to go, whether it’s a doctor’s appointment or an event outside our community. Just reach out to our concierge or healthcare team, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our bus driver prioritizes timely departures and arrivals, so you can relax on your journey. We also offer designated locations and events for easy sign-up, with special seating arrangements available for those using wheelchairs or electric scooters.

Are your suites furnished?

Our suites are private and unfurnished.

We encourage residents at The Legacy at Falcon Point to decorate and furnish their suites to their liking, creating a comfortable home environment.
